Day Fifty-Five

I can't deny this great PR poster done by Shepard Fairey. Simple things like obamicon.me excite people, who knew.

Day Fifty-Four

Traveled to Cran-hill Ranch to see Heath play and my aunt and cousin were on a retreat there! Small world, indeed.

Day Fifty-Three

My textbooks FINALLY arrived today. Say hello to the last set of books I will EVER get ripped off on!

Day Fifty-Two

Today I decided that this may be an option after graduation.

Day Fifty-One

Well here it is--the part of history in which I chose to have no part. I missed the majority of Obama's speech because I had class at 12:30, but nonetheless, good luck to our 44th president.

Day Fifty

Hi my name is Jenna and I'm working on perfecting the art of pancake-making. Not there yet.

Day Forty-Nine

Oldies Night at the Wayside--one thing I won't be able to enjoy once I graduate college; might not be a bad thing, haha.

Day Forty-Eight

Annalee came to visit this weekend and Saturday night we stayed in and watched Mean Girls--my favorite. Haha.

Day Forty-Seven

The Volunteer Center Staff had our semester retreat at the Zibiwing Center here in Mt. Pleasant. We got to go on the tour though the exhibits of the Anishinabek people. It was a very cool experience--check it out: http://www.sagchip.org/ziibiwing/.

Day Forty-Six

Well, tried to hang this on my wall today but I had a hard time finding a stud (to hang it up for me...haha just kidding).

Day Forty-Five

I hung out with newly-engaged Dayna all evening for her birthdaaaay!

Day Forty-Four

I got to use the new griddle that I got for Christmas tonight! My roommates and I made brinner (breakfast for dinner).

Day Forty-Three

It's Marcia's 21st today so a bunch of us went out--my friends from my spring break trip last year. I love that group of friends. (Not that I don't love all my groups of friends, but this is one I don't see very often.)

Day Forty-Two

This is how I feel about starting class tomorrow.

Day Forty-One

This package is being mailed to my friend Laura who is in the Peacecorp in Niger. :)

Day Forty

It was much colder today so I didn't take many photos of the city. Here we are on the subway! Hah.

Day Thirty-Nine

I took a lot of pictures in Boston today but this was my favorite. This is a side of Faneuil Hall. There were lots of people standing around with flowers and such so we walked over to figure out what was going on. We asked a group of women and they said their neighbor was getting citizenship today. If you look closely through the doors, you can see people walking down stairs--as US citizens for the first time!

Day Thirty-Eight

Today we were snowed in near Portland, Maine today at Dustin's dad's. We played in the snow before the freezing rain came, it wasn't that deep.

Day Thirty-Seven

Great day today visiting Timmy's grandma in Maine! She took us up to see the lighthouse at Pemaquid point--I bet it's even more gorgeous in the summertime.

Day Thirty-Six

First day of our New England road trip! Though we were exhausted by the time we finally got to Dustin's aunt and uncle's in New Hampshire, Timmy and I couldn't resist guitar hero world tour--AC/DC style, no doubt.

Day Thirty-Five

Not the most exciting picture--but Amy, Tom, Laura and I played this CAMP game and look at one of the fun facts! I had a huge obsession with unicorns when I was little...and I still kind of like them, haha. Susie the Salmon is amused too.

Day Thirty-Four

I got my hair cut today then I slept on it, so you probably can't really tell. I look awful, but I like my hair! This is the best I can do for now--it was a slow day, haha.

Day Thirty-Three

Went out on the town last night! A few of us from high school went to the bar in downtown Flushing, it was greaaat. We went to Jack's at about 11 and the bartender gave us free shots. Woo hoo.

Day Thirty-Two

To celebrate the new year, Suz and I ate pizza rolls and drank mint mojitos. There wasn't much going on around here and the roads worsened as the hours passed in the evening so we couldn't really go elsewhere. Whatever though, I mean, we look like a cute group to celebrate with. :)
